I was honored to present to the students at Galiano Community School on Galiano Island this past Tuesday, and later, its Parent Advisory Committee. Such engaged, well-behaved and inquisitive students: great questions! And good to see so many involved parents. And a truly beautiful island. Plus, there were so many volunteers making my stay comfortable that I felt like I had red-carpet treatment! I got a great photo of the PAC and me, but it simply will not upload, so I’ve put in a photo of Galiano Island instead! Thanks, Galiano, for hosting me!! (Sorry for the delay in posting this, but had a family medical emergency…)
